She is involved in many roles including teaching speaking and debate courses, organizing workshops and practice rounds, judging at competitions and tournaments, and much more.
Â
Pan believes that critical thinking education should be provided to children at a young age. This stems from an understanding that learning public speaking and debate are not only useful ways to improve students’ English language proficiency, but also to enhance their ability to read extensively, think critically, and communicate effectively. With this vision in mind, she collaborated with a group of experienced coaches to start Logic Bird, aiming to provide quality online courses for students around the world.
